Oppelia

Oppelia had a narrow, involute shell. It had a very unpronounced ventral keel and faint radial ribs. Oppelia was sexually dimorphic, with the female's diameter being about 8.5 inches longer than the male's. The male (microconch) is sometimes incorrectly classified as Oecotraustes. Oppelia lived in the Middle Jurassic.
