Psiloceras

Suture: Ammonitic

Psiloceras is identified by its smooth shell with fine radial ribbing. It had simple ammonitic sutures that may be visible. Psiloceras is very common worldwide and marks the Early Jurassic. It probably was a fairly good swimmer.
