Stephanoceras

Stephanoceras had many strong radial ribs that crossed over the venter. They originated from tubercles that were slightly on the inside of the whorl. Stephanoceras was sexually dimorphic, with the males being smaller and bulkier, along with having lappets. Stephanoceras lived in the Middle Jurassic.
